Selling a household after tree damages our roof

When I first heard of companies that buy homes for money, I didn’t pay much attention! It seemed like some type of scam.

It was nothing that interested me.

I assumed that a money buyer would offer significantly less than what could be brought in via a conventional sale. I couldn’t believe of a scenario where I’d be willing to accept a lower price for my home. I changed my mind when a tree fell on my house! The tree was severely outdated and large. I had not realized it was also dead; During a thunderstorm, my associate and I experienced some higher than average wind speeds. I wasn’t all that worried! Living in Phoenix, Arizona, my associate and I don’t see hurricanes or major weather threats. It was a unquestionably scary and unpleasant surprise when that tree toppled onto the roof of the house, however my family was unquestionably lucky that no one was hurt, however, the apartment suffered significant disfigurement. The roof was completely destroyed. The ceilings, walls and frame of the apartment were compromised. My buddy and I had broken windows and because of the rain, water disfigurement. Dirt, debris and pests came inside. I reached out to the insurance company and was not excited with the results. I was looking at paying the repairs out-of-pocket; Restoring the apartment would have been a large strain on the budget. I also couldn’t sell the apartment through a realtor in its condition. I decided to learn more about the local money buyers. I was able to secure an estimate in a single day by simply submitting an online form. The money offer was far more passable than I anticipated. It also eliminated the contingencies of a bank mortgage, such as inspections and appraisals. The entire process took less than ten afternoons.
